The Cool Green Deal climate initiative also means that Sätt färg på Göteborg is working with the City of Gothenburg, Göteborg Energi and WWF to include young people in the work towards the goals of Agenda 2030.A Climate Week will be held in Gothenburg from 20-23 June, focusing on 12-19 year-olds, to raise awareness of global warming and endangered species. WWF will contribute with workshops, and holiday workers in the municipality will carry out various activities. Among other things, painted messages, focusing on endangered species, will be displayed on electrical cabinets and power points in the urban environment.
-We want to create a platform, and hope that Climate Week can become a regular event,” says project manager Ahmed Bayati.
-What we want to convey is that the smart choices we make in everyday life matter more than we think. For the sake of the climate, it would be nice if more schools, businesses, municipalities and administrations could participate.
