Part of the Cool Green Deal project is to train craftsmen in Cool Roofing. This work will start in Gothenburg at the beginning of May, and it is the first time it has been done in Sweden. The training is being held by the Landvetter-based company Thermo-Logic, which has previously worked with roof-coating, and is being carried out as part of the Movant adult education programme and the Practical Upper Secondary School’s courses in building mechanics. During one week, participants go through both theory and practice to be able to handle the technology. Together with Higab and ICA fastigheter, a pilot project will then be launched to provide buildings with reflective coating for a year.
